The start of another season the following should be noted and appropriate action taken:-

1. LEAGUE MATCH DAYS -- Immediately after the end of each Match and certainly no later than 5.15pm the named contact should telephone me on the following telephone number

2. MATCH CARDS -- The nominated contact with this responsibility should send the completed Match Card with Team (Full Names please), signed by the Referee, to ensure that this is received by me within 48 hours.

3. CANCELLED AND POSTPONED MATCHES -- Please note that in the event of a match being cancelled for any reason, I should be advised immediately with the reason.

   Note that it is a League Regulation (that must be adhered to) that if a Match is cancelled, postponed or abandoned for any reason it MUST be played on the 1st available Saturday. Both Clubs are required to advise me, by the Sunday following the cancellation, the date when the rearranged match will be played.

4. Insufficient Front Row is not an excuse for not playing a League Match. The Club has the option of playing the Match with uncontested scrums. It will then be treated as 0-0 loss with the Club suffering no League Points deduction. The Match will not then have to be rearranged.

5. Not more than two (previously four) water carriers plus two medical staff are the only bodies permitted on the pitch side of the perimeter fencing. Note the relevant Regulations in the handbook.
